The 2021 Summer Meeting of the Alabama Section of ASCE and Alabama Chapter of APWA was held on July 12 – 14, 2021 at the Perdido Beach Resort in Orange Beach, Alabama for educational presentations on a range of professional and technical topics.
The conference was a very exciting conference at a great venue. The program kicked off with a reception on Monday evening, July 12th. The conference sessions took place all day Tuesday, and until noon on Wednesday. There was a Seafood Dinner on Tuesday evening.
The Tuscaloosa Branch of ASCE hosted the 2021 Winter Meeting of the Alabama Section on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at The Cypress Pavilion, located on the northern bank of the Black Warrior River near downtown Tuscaloosa. The Cypress Pavilion provided a beautiful view of the Black Warrior River while over ninety (90) participants enjoyed a great day of learning and fellowship with engineers and industry professionals. The Winter Meeting agenda included educational presentations on a range of Civil Engineer related topics followed by a tour of the Tuscaloosa County Precast Bridge Yard. We are very thankful to the sponsors and exhibitors that made the day a huge success!!
